Frequently Asked

Your Steam Account ID is the number Deadlock uses to identify your matches. The easiest way to find it is to open your Steam profile in a browser and grab the number from the URL (steamcommunity.com/profiles/7656119...), then paste it into ArcaneStat's onboarding. The app handles the conversion automatically. If you have a custom URL on Steam, use a tool like steamid.io to look up your numeric ID first.
ArcaneStat pulls match data from the public Deadlock API, which Valve makes available for community tools. Two things worth knowing: (1) Match data typically appears within a few minutes after your match ends, though heavy server load can push that to 15–30 minutes. (2) During this stage of Deadlock's development, the public API only exposes roughly 50–60% of matches publicly — not every game you play will be captured. This is a Valve-side limitation we have no control over. If a recent match isn't showing up, give it a bit and pull-to-refresh on the Match History screen.
Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account?. This permanently removes your account and stored data. If you'd like to also revoke the app's Google or Apple sign-in association, you can do that from your Google/Apple account settings after deletion.
Email arcanestat@gmail.com with a brief description and, if possible, a screenshot or the steps to reproduce. ArcaneStat is built by one person, so I read every email personally and prioritize bug reports and feature requests from real users.
